Today's travellers want to be able to make their travel arrangements on-line which requires that hospitality suppliers must have a Web presence that meets those needs.
In this case, webservices were invited to replace an old site (with a broken booking form) with a new one and a booking system which works!
The result is a clean, fast-loading site with new images, an easy-to -read features table to assist prospective guests with their accommodation selection, and two options for making an on-line booking (including an SSL encoded page for entering confidential details).
The only difficulties experienced in this project related to the fact that the person registered as the domain name holder was no longer involved in the business and the details took some time to update with the national registry resulting in a delay in publishing the Site to the Internet.
